Chris Martin, Director, Store Development
Chris Martin started at Solid Cactus as a programmer, but he was quickly recognized for his leadership and organizational abilities. As director of the store development group, Chris Martin oversees the design, programming, project management, and support teams. He works closely with each department manager to ensure operations run smoothly, to implement and introduce procedures and processes for new offerings, and continues to look for ways to improve efficiency. Well-rounded in experience and education, Chris holds various degrees in mathematics, computer science, philosophy, and psychology.

Jeff Mancini, Manager, Project Management
Jeff Mancini’s experience with retail, customer service, and technology provides a solid foundation for his role in leading the project management team. He oversees the entire project management process, ensuring projects are running efficiently and project managers are communicating with clients. A skilled problem solver, Jeff is always there to find better, more efficient ways for his team to accomplish their goals. Jeff has degrees in information sciences and technology with concentrations in consulting.

Keith Schaffer, Manager, Store Programming
Keith Schaffer joined the Solid Cactus programming team as a web developer. Today, he manages that team. Keith works closely with programmers to ensure client websites are cleanly coded, features are installed properly, and overall sites are optimized for functionality. He works to keep the team up to speed in current programming trends and best practices.

  Solid Cactus boasts a team of highly skilled, creative graphic designers who aren’t just artists, but rather true eCommerce architects. Online stores must be eye-catching, but the key to a website that converts is more than that. Our designers keep both visual appeal and ease of use in mind when crafting eCommerce stores. Armed with a graphic design expertise and trained on eCommerce best practices, our award-winning team is responsible for designing over 3,500 unique stores, as well as numerous blogs, informational sites, banners, and logos.

  Solid Cactus’ store programming group is the intelligent, savvy team responsible for taking the design concepts and bringing them to life as functional eCommerce stores or informational websites.
