Joe Palko, General Manager and Co-Founder, Solid Cactus
Joe Palko is one of the leading experts in eCommerce today. Along with Scott Sanfilippo he started and grew a home-based eCommerce business, TheFerretStore.com, into a multi-brand, multi-million dollar company of pet websites. The success of that company led to the co-founding Solid Cactus. Joe’s years of business management experience and eCommerce knowledge helped Solid Cactus flourish into a the leading web development and Internet marketing firm it is today. As general manager, Joe combines his leadership abilities and his industry expertise to motivate and lead the Solid Cactus team.

Scott Sanfilippo, Senior Marketing Consultant and Co-Founder, Solid Cactus
Scott Sanfilippo is an eCommerce pioneer. He has managed 39 eCommerce stores (starting with TheFerretStore.com in 1994) and has successfully led Solid Cactus until its acquisition by Web.com in April 2009. Today, as senior marketing consultant for Web.com eCommerce, Scott’s creativity, experience and guidance is used to extensively promote Solid Cactus’ products and services.Always the visible face behind Solid Cactus, Scott serves as editor-in-chief of the eBiz Insider magazine and is commonly seen hosting our eCommerce webinars, product demo videos, and our semi-annual Boot Camp. His knowledge and experience in eCommerce earned him recognition in such publications as Inc. Magazine, Entrepreneur, USA Today, Internet Retailer, and The Wall Street Journal.

Miguel Younger, Vice President, Operations
Miguel Younger’s first joined the Solid Cactus as a graphic designer; however, he quickly advanced into various leadership roles including traffic manager and manager of store development. As vice president of operations, Miguel combines his creativity with his communication and analytical skills to lead the many teams within Solid Cactus. He manages the day to day operations of the company, guides and mentors department managers, continually explores new ways to meet and exceed the goals of our company — and our clients. Miguel holds a degree in communications.

Patty Sleboda, Senior Director, Business Analysis
Patty Sleboda brings years of finance and accounting experience to Solid Cactus. Patty manages the business office staff, makes sure accounting operations run smoothly, develops polices and procedures, and works closely with our corporate office to guide the company’s financial decisions. Patty was profiled as one of “2008’s Top 25 Best & Brightest Women in Business” by The Northeast Pennsylvania Business Journal.

Greg Davis, Director, Corporate Marketing & Product Development
Greg Davis’ years of marketing, public relations, and project management experience fuel the marketing and product development efforts of Solid Cactus. Greg oversees the creative and technical team responsible for our company websites, publications, online and offline marketing campaigns, new product launches, and more. Greg’s educational background includes advertising and political science.

Ed Stanchak, Director of Employee Relations
Ed Stanchak takes care of the Solid Cactus team. He’s responsible for recruiting new employees, handling employee benefits and documentation, and overseeing staff incentive programs. Ed has been at Solid Cactus before the was a Solid Cactus. Prior to becoming director of employee relations, Ed worked for our founding parent company, TheFerretStore.com.
