Call Center Services
Working out of our downtown Wilkes-Barre location, these folks run the Solid Cactus Call Center. The managers, supervisors, and senior team members work together to make sure the day-to-day operations of the call center run smoothly, as well as provide training, support, and motivation to employees. Additionally our account managers work one-on-one with clients to create custom solutions and provide reporting and continuous support.
Greg Kosicki, Senior Director, Call Center Operations
Greg Kosicki brings 24 years of management, logistical, and technical experience to Solid Cactus Call Center. As general manager, he is responsible for the day to day operations of the call center and for ensuring growth and profitability for both the call center and our clients. Greg has a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems and an MBA.
Katrina Domkowski, Manager, Call Center Operations
With a varied customer service background, superior communication skills, strong technical knowledge, and friendly demeanor Katrina Domkowski was quickly promoted through the ranks at Solid Cactus Call Center. Katrina is responsible for the performance, attendance, and personal needs of each call center employee.
